Nissan Company is working on a new 2017 Nissan Altima. It is going to be redesigned and we can expect changes in almost every segment.

This midsize sedan has always been popular, and with expected improvements, we believe that it will attract even more buyers. 2017 Nissan Altima should undergo some changes under the hood and both inside and out. It is said that it will be underpinned with the same platform as the new Sentra. When it comes to the exterior design, new Altima will look more sporty and futuristic. When it comes to the powertrain, latest news says that the 2017 Nissan Altima will be powered with the same engines as the current model. The first option is a 2.5-liter four cylinder engine. This one is able to deliver 182 horsepower and 180 pound-feet of torque. The second option will be a 3.5-liter V6. This engine will be able to produce 270 horsepower and 251 pound-feet of torque. As for the fuel economy, new Altima will definitively ne more fuel efficient.
Release date and price
2017 Nissan Altima will most likely be revealed sometime during 2017. Speaking of the price, there is still no official information. However, it should be similar as the price of the current model, which is around $23,000 for the base model.
